Payment services for the payment system requirements
  KIBS-INAP (Integrated Bill Collection)

A service that enables the payment operations carriers integrated payment of salaries and personal tax according to the data reported by Public Revenue Office.
Functionally this service is divided into two parts:

  1. Submission of e-orders for salaries and personal tax by the Public Revenue Office.
  2. Delivery of e-orders for salaries and personal tax to the payment operations carriers at a request of their end users.
  KIBS-NAPS (Bills Collection)

Service that enables review and collection of liabilities, according to the data reported by the creditors.
This service is also functionally divided into two parts:

  1. KIBS-NAPS for clients (creditors)
    Submission of collection data from creditors issuers of utility bills, property tax and other services in order to enable collection of bills through KIBS-NAPS.
  2. KIBS-NAPS for clients (users)
    Delivery of data on bills and standing orders in the form of a payment order which facilitates the collection of utility services, property tax and other services submitted by the creditors.
  Data exchange with the Central Registry of RM and the banks

The services of KIBS intended for data exchange between the Central Registry of RM and the banks are:

  1. CR100 - opening an account for a new legal entity
  2. CR200 - bankruptcy proceedings
  3. CR300 - blockades over 45 days
  4. CR400 - non-compliances
  5. CR500 - Current Status information exchange
  KACheck (KIBS Account Check)

Service for checking accounts in the ERTS registry. The service enables checking a pair of a bank account and EMBG (ID Number) for physical entities or EDBS for legal entities. The service is accessible via:

  • KaCheck through a web service – client’s technical solutions call KIBS web service,
  • KACheck Online – KIBS web portal for single check and
  • KACheck Offline – submission of a file for bulk check
  KIBS-RDO (KIBS-Taxpayers Data Exchange)

The service for data exchange on taxpayers is intended for submission of data with changes in the Registry of Taxpayers reported by the Public Revenue Office to the banks.
